A little too thin for the repair of the hydraulic pump, the vegetable pump removes gums from the roots and leaves.
The bomb stinked to the top of the mountain and killed itself, as the bomb stinked and killed itself, killing it on the catastrophic statue and killing itself.
During the repair we can only imagine how easy it is to clean our car, the width and height of the car are, the only thing missing is the tire pressure sensor which is 17 mm. and the original
the 16 mm hole gives the moon the same dimension as the dragon, its location and location on the bush and its location on the large bush.

15 years ago the pump was repaired and the garden cooled down.

To open the pump, you need a press to avoid damaging the pump body.

the original bearing is open, I think it's a mistake, it's better if it's closed because water, dust won't get in.

The biggest problem was adjusting the inner diameter of the new Yemeni bearing, since it has a diameter of 17 mm and the shaft is 16 mm, a bushing must be made and threaded onto the shaft.

The rear part of the shaft must also be removed from the press in order to machine the shaft on the lathe.

A bushing was made that was pulled onto the shaft and thus obtained the appropriate thickness of 17 mm for the new bearing.

The problem of overhauling the pump is the oil leakage, the sealing of the pump is done via the O ring and the bronze ring fits evenly on the bearing.
In the picture you can see how much the old bearing is buried and the bronze ring is damaged, it is possible to make a new ring, but there was no need, so I just smoothed the edges on the sandpaper.

At the end, everything slowly returns to its place and slowly put the pump cover back with a press.

Care should be taken when returning the shaft through the pump that you do not return it too much, should the rear part have space to close and open the pistons of the pump, on the shaft you can see traces of the rear needle bearing where the shaft was, so return it to that place, of course the pulley should be in the same place so that the pump belt is in the same line with the pulley on the engine camshaft.

Without pictures, explaining how and what to do is useless, bad translation, not everyone understands what needs to be done, so the picture itself says it all without explanation

Since you had some practice now, would you be interested in overhauling pumps for others as well? I'm asking for a friend ;)

Less and less workshops for those kind of works exist, hence the guys who ran them retired long ago or even unfortunately died, like the very skilled Ulf Petermann.

Could be a business case for you...

Cheers, Sprotte

No, I did that for my needs, 10 years , unfortunately my friend who did everything on the lathe for me also passed away from corona.
At that time I couldn't find the original bearing, now it's going to be bought, so with his help I had to make modifications for this bearing that was on sale.
The picture also shows the green pump, I also overhauled that pump, everything was done the same, only the bearing remained the same, it was good, the balls were like new, I just had to sand it down a bit because it was buried by the bronze ring, so that it again had an ideal surface for the bronze ring to fit.

Everything was cleaned and lubricated, finally I closed the bearing with a plastic cover to protect it from water and dust.

The problem was while I discovered everything myself how and what it worked, now it's easy to do everything when you see it.

large.P1110387.JPG.fa6404829a80dd43b769fe103200b0f6.JPG.   There is enough room to sand the bearing, remove the channels, and create a perfectly flat surface.large.P1160759.JPG.b479404a92a2184af8103b4687ee6090.JPGlarge.P1160766.JPG.3f32fc10c7a3ebbb5802ec12b6816cb9.JPGlarge.P1110395.JPG.e84b564b01fca7eb6c30c29981f95dc4.JPGlarge.P1160767.JPG.0a8c4ddab655f4f67722627c6c7a1f30.JPGlarge.hq720.jpg.35764211bf7cd3116bc15680bce3a62f.jpg

I thought to turn the bearing, so that it was on the other side where it was not in contact with the bronze ring and thus solve the problem, but they are not the same surface, so the only solution was to sand them.

Here you can see the plastic I put in to protect the bearing, followed by the metal protection, but it doesn't completely cover the bearing.
